Velo Orange Clamp on Cable Stops 25.4mm
A nice aluminum hanger cable stop with adjuster. It’s about 10mm thick so you need that much space under your upper headset nut. It can also be used with an optional shim (not included) which allows it to be clamped to a quill stem.
