Quill road pedals are a staple of any classic road bike. They conjure the feeling of winding through narrow country roads while lightly clicking through gears. The aroma of freshly baked pies wafts through the air.
These pedals are of the same style as old Campagnolo pedals, but with sealed cartridge bearings and lightweight alloy construction. Use them in combination with toe clips and straps, and you’ll have very good foot retention without the need for cleated cycling shoes.
