Electric Bike Subscription

1. Please specify your preferred pickup date when ordering, keeping in mind our opening hours.
2. The user (customer) is responsible for picking up and dropping off the bike at our store for the initial handover and all maintenance needs.
3. Rental term of maximum 4 weeks.
4. Payment must be set up at the time of pickup, with regular maintenance included in the cost.
5. In the case of breakdowns, AA members can have the bike brought to us; otherwise, the customer will need to arrange transportation.
6. The user (customer) is responsible for the e-bike’s repairs, parts, and replacement up to $4500 if crashed, or damaged under the users use.
7. We offer theft insurance of $10 per week to reduce the excess to $500 in the case of theft. Please note that the bike must be locked up when not in use and not left outside overnight.
